For routine gynecologic care, please schedule your appointment several days or weeks in advance. Our office may call you the day before your scheduled appointment to remind you of the day and time of your visit.
You will receive a text, email, and/or phone call reminder message regarding your visit. Because of the sensitive nature of some issues, if you prefer not to receive a reminder call, please notify the receptionist when you are making your appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so that we can make that appointment available for another patient. Please call during our office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time and/or not showing up to your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.
