It is important to schedule your yearly mammogram if you are 40 years of age and older. You will receive the prescription for your mammogram at your annual GYN visit. If you are a Medicare patient and thus eligible for an annual gynecologic exam only every two years, please call the office to request that a mammogram prescription be sent to your radiology provider for the year that you are not eligible for an annual gynecologic exam.
