Our experienced team is committed to offering personalized care and effective treatment options to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.
Regular health maintenance, such as well woman physical exams, Pap smears, and STD testing, plays a crucial role in maintaining your overall well-being. Additionally, for individuals who meet the criteria, important screenings like mammograms and bone density scans are highly recommended to ensure early detection and prevention of potential health issues. Keeping up with these routine health checks is essential for maintaining optimal health and addressing any potential concerns in a timely manner.
Ensuring you stay on top of your health is crucial, especially as you age. That's why it's important to schedule your annual mammogram if you are aged 40 and above. This vital screening can help detect any potential issues early on, giving you the best chance for successful treatment. Your prescription for the mammogram will be provided during your yearly GYN visit, so be sure to make that appointment a priority. If you are a Medicare patient, it's important to note that you are entitled to a gynecologic exam every two years. In the year that you are not eligible for your yearly gynecologic exam, it's essential to contact the office and request a prescription for your mammogram. Taking these proactive steps toward your health can make a world of difference in the long run.
