Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. de Flesco is highly qualified. Graduating magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and a minor in music, she pursued her Medical Degree at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Dr. de Flesco's dedication to research led her to be awarded the Medical Research Award for her work on adolescent eating disorders. She further honed her skills by completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout her journey, Dr. de Flesco's excellence shone bright, earning her accolades such as the Chief Resident Award for Teaching Excellence, The Brigid Norton Award for Humanitarianism in Medicine, and the Douglas K. Richardson Perinatal Collaboration Award.
